Track your order

How to track a SmartShip order.
Tracking begins after your parcel is packed, labelled and handed to the delivery network. The retailer or carrier will normally send a dispatch confirmation containing the tracking number or a direct tracking link.

Check your dispatch email
Look for a tracking number, shipment reference or carrier link. It may arrive separately from your order confirmation.
- 02
Enter the complete number
Copy the reference without extra spaces. Order numbers and tracking numbers are not always the same.
- 03
Review the latest scan
The most recent event shows the parcel’s current stage, location or delivery exception.
- 04
Allow time between scans
New events appear when the parcel reaches a scanning point; continuous live GPS is not normally available.
What your delivery update means.
Exact wording varies by carrier, but most parcel journeys follow these stages.
Label created
Shipment data has been prepared. The parcel may still be awaiting collection or its first depot scan.
In transit
Your order is moving through the carrier network between local or regional sorting facilities.
Out for delivery
The parcel has reached the delivery route. Timing can change with route volume and local conditions.
Delivered
The carrier has recorded delivery. Review the scan details, safe-place note or proof of delivery where supplied.

No new scan does not always mean a lost parcel.
Shipments can travel between hubs for several hours without a public update. Weekends, seasonal peaks, weather disruption, incorrect addresses and international customs checks can also affect the expected delivery date.
- Check that the tracking number is complete
- Allow the carrier’s stated delivery window to pass
- Review email or text messages for an exception
- Contact support with your order and tracking references
For security, never publish your full tracking number or delivery address on social media.
Frequently asked questions.
Useful guidance for common SmartShip order-tracking questions.
Where can I find my tracking number?+
Your tracking number is normally included in the dispatch confirmation sent by the retailer or SmartShip. Check the email and any delivery notification from the carrier.
Why has my parcel tracking not updated?+
A parcel may be moving between depots without receiving a new public scan. Updates can also take longer during weekends, peak shopping periods, severe weather or customs processing.
What does ‘label created’ mean?+
The shipment details have been sent to the carrier and a label has been produced. The first movement scan normally appears after the parcel is collected and processed.
Can the delivery address be changed after dispatch?+
Address changes depend on the carrier, service and shipment stage. Contact the retailer or SmartShip as soon as possible, but a change cannot always be made after collection.
